Now that we have wrapped up our 2017 autocross season, its time for annual award and officer elections.

The following positions are up for re-election:
Assistant Regional Executive (currently Rob Leslie)
Secretary (currently Rachel Fischer)
Director (x1) (currently Ray Schumin)

If you are interested in running for any of these positions, please contact any board member and we will put you on the ballot. If you want more information on what each position entails, the individuals currently holding those positions can walk you through the required duties.

We are accepting nominations for BRR's annual awards. They are:

Solo (Autocross) Driver of the Year
Road Race Driver of the Year
Worker of the Year (may be autocross or road racing)
Sportsmanship trophy

As with officer elections, please send your nominations to any of the current BRR directors, and they will pass along the information to me for addition to the ballot.

It is my intent to open the election survey on December 3rd. Please have any nominations submitted by then.

At this time we have the following nominations:

Solo (Autocross) Driver of the Year = Langlee King, Steffen Clark
Road Race Driver of the Year = Scott Krzastek, Steve Strickland, Drew Strickland
Worker of the Year (may be autocross or road racing) = Tim Russel
Sportsmanship trophy = Zach Straits, Michael Loos
