2001 BMW 330ci 5 speed sport package NOVA

Hello folks. up for sale for cheap we have my 2001 E46 BMW 330ci

the good:
5 speed
ac works really well
sport package
cooling system in good shape
black leather interior
nice dvd player head unit (if you're into that sort of thing)

the bad:
185k miles
3rd gear sometimes grinds while downshifting. won't do it if you downshift slow or if you heel-toe. does not grind on upshift
will need rear tires soon

we have owned it for about two months and i was planning on using it at autocrosses, but it was mainly for my misses to bomb around in. purchased it off a coworker. she really doesn't drive it enough to keep it and i just don't have the time right now to autocross. we want to go in a new direction for a project car.
