I will help with registration and can help with timing and scoring as needed both days. Depending on numbers, I can see it helpful to have a couple people at registration on the 1st day. Also, MotorsportReg has the times for registration and tech listed as 8:00 AM - 9:45 AM. Not planning to spend Friday night in Danville but I'll do what I can to make sure I'm there to get registration rolling at 8.

I need enough daylight to set up the course for Saturday. I plan to be in Danville by 4PM. I can get the key to the gate.

We still need Timing and Scoring, Guided course walk leader and 1 more Tech person for both days. Let me know where you want to be stationed.

I believe Rachel and Kevin have both been training to work T&S - could one of them pick up a group?

^ Yes, I can pick up a group. I just have not been on my own yet  I know what can happen in the trailer....

Also, I can back up you and Rob as DSS if necessary.

Just tell me what to do and I will do it

Hey guys guess what....i actually have the weekend off and don't have to bail right after I run. Crossing my fingers I didn't jinx myself.

Kevin I quoted you because maybe we can do our idea where we jointly take a shift since we are both new to it still.

Nothing like testing your timing and scoring skills during a large run group where inevitably someone will not have the correct numbers, or forgot to turn in the tech card, or forgot to get a helmet inspected, or various other items.....it'll be fun they said...no worries they said....HA..training by fire is the best way...or so they said!
