Any idea of schedule for the event?

I checked the VMSC forum and could have missed it when registering. THSCC didn't start runs until after noon at an event there earlier this year, I think due to noise ordinances.

Yup that's the rule at VMP. VMSC is very good about having the first car off right at high noon.

Also don't forget that the time changes to Standard Time that weekend so your clock will "fall back" an hour on Saturday night.

Should be the same as the last VMP event.

7:00 - gates open
9:00- 10:45 - registration and tech inspection
11:00 - Novice walk through

11:30 - driver's meeting
12:00 - first car off
