Hi all! Been awhile since I have been on here. I finally bought another 1st gen Neon to autocross. 1997 Dodge ACR, all stock and in pretty good shape. NEEDS paint but body is very nice. When it warms up it will get painted. Planning on running in GS this year. Any thoughts on tires? I got a set of 15" wheels so looking at 205-50-15s. It will be great to see the "old timers" and meet the new folks too. Any idea when a schedule might be coming out? Enjoy the snow:-) but come on Spring! Peyton
P.S. Might get my daughter out for a few local events. She is a mom now!

Good to see you back.
Based on last year I believe the Bridgestone RE71R had the best magical fairy dust.

Re: Back from the "dead"
I think Tim and Kevin are right about the tire choice, unless someone releases a new tire soon.
We are still trying to put together the schedule, the re-scheduled banquet is the only thing we have a date for so far.

Thanks guys! I was kinda leaning towards the Bridgestones, with the Dunlops as another possibility. Not that the tire choice will help me that much, lol. But I might as well get something decent

RE71R or RIVAL S. supposedly the Rival S are supposed to get redesigned with stiffer side walls, but we will see
