2016 Points Event #1 THANK YOU

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone that helped make this event work. There's a lot to do the first event as we all "get back into the groove" and I was very pleased with the day. No safety incidents despite the number of red flags - that means people were paying attention and making "the safe call".

I want to say a special thank you to those that worked registration and tech inspection. The first event is daunting as people renew memberships and want annual tech stickers. Couple that with 17 novices and I was afraid we wouldn't have the first car off the line until noon! However, we were able to stick to schedule thanks to everyone's efforts.

TL;DR: Thanks everyone - that was a great first event.
