I'll handle the online registration and email the registration lists to the usual suspects on the Friday before the event.

I haven't mailed my SSS application in yet, so put me down for Waiver Steward.

If Mike H is handling waiver's, Rachel and I can handle the worker steward position. You guys know I'm good to help out wherever I can.

Marcy can help with registration, I (Mike Loos) can help with tech or course setup. I would prefer setup, but have never done before. EIther of us could help with worker assignments as well.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I will not be able to make the event. Henry will be taking care of trailer and towing.

Hi all-

So I'm new to auto-x and would like to come out on the 10th. Having never participated in this series, what do I need to do to race? I drive a 94 Miata that is stock save for a Koni yellow suspension upgrade.

Thanks in advance!

For the most part show up. Make sure your car is in safe working order which I assume it is and have everything out of it including floor mats which you can do on site. I'd show up early to be able to get through regiatration, tech inspection, and walk the course. I would also preregister which is on one of the next threads down below this one. We have loaner helmets as well if you don't have your own snell approved helmet. Not sure where you are from but we have memebers from all over who would be willing to lend a hand or advice as well as convoy to events with you.

Great, thanks for the info. I'm local here in Roanoke, so I look forward to meeting folks.

This may be a dumb question, but would my snell approved Shoei MC helmet suffice? If not, I'll need to take y'all up the offer.

Thanks again!

As long as it is snell 2010 or 2015 it will be fine. I think 2005 is to old at this point. Feel free to ask for me sunday or add me on facebook if you need help or have questions. I'll be the pour obnoxious one doing drivers meeting or doing something silly. My name is steffen clark. Theres a few of us here in roanoke that hang out several times a week and would be more than happy to answer questions.

Well, I was just going over my miata and realized that the c-clip that holds the ride-height on the Koni was cracked. So I ordered a new one, which obviously won't be here tomorrow. I registered last night with my Miata in the Novice class. Could I drive a different car even though I'm already registered? It would be my family/daily car, which is an stock E90 BMW. It is certainly not ideal, as it has run-flats and it's heavy, but the Miata definitely is a no-go, so I don't have any options.

Yes. Tell the person at registration that you need to switch cars and fill out a registration card with the correct info
