According to the rules you get 10 points for working if you do not drive... this can be done twice during a season... see rules under the Solo Rules cone.

10 Points will be awarded to members who donate their time in any capacity at an event and do not drive. These points will be applied to a members points for the class that he/she ran in the previous event, or the next event. No more than 2 events or 20 points can be awarded to a member during one Solo year for their donations.

If you can find your way to the C'burg park & ride, I'm driving up on Sunday. I'll be glad to give you a ride up. I'll be driving my daily though, so not as exciting a commute as the Acura. Let me know. I'll probably be rolling out of C'burg around 6-6:30.
