One of the bearings is not like the other...

Crucial! Needless to say the rod is toast. The cranks rod journal is pretty nasty also obviosly. Not sure if I can get the crank turned. Im gonna see if I can and then use a thicker bearing. Otherwise Im going to start on Project Boosted LS/VTEC.

BTW the bearing is NOT supposed to have that rolled edge

Needless to say turning the crank is not an option now. Figured it wasnt going to be anyhow given the extent of the bearing damage.

But for the nerds the measurments were:

Service Limit: 44.976-45.000
Current Measurement:44.86 & 44.55

I have heard spun bearings before. What threw me off though was how much power loss there was. It was just odd having the clutch go out at the same exact time. So it threw the diagnosis off a bit, diagnosis by ear just doesnt cut it everytime.
