WTB: Ford 5.0L 302 and T-5 Tranny. OR Chevy 350

I just picked up a clean project car, looking for a 302 and 5speed. I would prefer a ready to bolt in motor, but will consider Shortblocks or nearly completed motors. But really, just want to get the car running, then worry about power later.
If anyone has a motor/trans, OR if anyone knows of a Mustang or other 302/t5 car that is cheap, please let me know... asap!

*edit- (A Chevy 350 and trans would also work fine for this swap, if that is available)
