Used in the Miata.. It will fit the Na very well.. I even have a pair of Na stock Miata slides that can be used to mount the seat and allow adjustment. That has been the best setup I have seen with plenty of adjustment.

These are really good seats- I have one in the Spec Miata and one in the ITB Protege.

Really depends on how the seat is mounted.. you get more head room if you mount the seat to the floor. But if you want it to adjust, then sliders are in order.. I have a stock set of sliders that go with the seat.. you still will gain head room.. how much I do not know. I had the seat mounted on the floor so Jason could drive the car.. he is about 6'2" with long legs and big arms.
