Next BRR Board Meeting- open to any member!

The next BRR Board meeting will be on Saturday evening, April 20th. All Board meetings are open to the general membership, so members are welcome to join us.
Plans are to have dinner at 6:00PM and the formal meeting immediately thereafter. Separate checks for everyone, but we will pick a casual restaurant with a reasonable menu.
Please let me know by next Weds (April 17th) via a forum reply or email if you would like attend, as I need a head count to finalize the choice of restaurant.

I'm interested, but coming from Blacksburg, Roanoke would be about the furthest I would be able to do that night.

We were thinking Mac & Bob's in Salem, depending on how many folks we have.
Open to other suggestions, West Salem maybe?

Did we decide on a place and time? I'm trying to work this around a funeral I have to attend Saturday afternoon.

I'm interested as well and plan to attend.. Please let me know the place and time that everyone decides... I'm fine with any of the locations and or times that have been mentioned..

Leaning towards Mac+Bob's, will lock in tomorrow night (since I put this Weds as the deadline) and I need a count for reservation purposes.

I might be able to attend as I am driving down on Saturday for Sunday's event. Hopefully I can let you know once I know the time. I apologize for the late response.

OK, we are set with reservations for Mac & Bob's at 6:00PM Sat night. Party of (15) under my name.
Separate checks are fine, mandatory gratuity of 18% given the size of our party.
