Hey Lynn,
What time should we plan on getting there, and will it be obvious where we need to be? I have not been to VIR before.

Drivers meeting at 11:30 am.. tell the guard that you want to go to the Kart track.. he will give you directions
Direction from the Guard Station/Check-in:
1) take a right at the bottom of the hill.
2) continue in front of the VIR Hotel, do not cross over the VIR bridge.
3) continue past the VIR Hotel on the paved surface and you will see the Kart track about 300 yards behind the Hotel.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it. I have some problem going on with one of my eyes that is not conducive to enjoying anything requiring sight. Have fun and hope to see you all next weekend at the autocross.

If we have any walkups we will sell your spot.. Sorry about your eye problems.. Take care of them and follow the doctors instructions.
