2013 Banquet and Ballot Letter

I mailed the ballots and letters out days ago but with address changes and other issues I'm going to go ahead and post the contents of the letter below.
Dear Blue Ridge Region SCCA Member,
Our awards banquet is once again approaching with your votes and presence requested. Below are the dinner details, 2013 Officer Ballot and 2013 Awards Ballot.
When: February 1st (Saturday) 6-9pm
Where: Corned Beef & Co.
107 S. Jefferson Street
Roanoke VA, 24011
Cost: $20 per person. Kids eat free!
Menu: Buffet supper and open bar. Drink responsibly and have a designated driver please.
Registration: Please register online via Motorsportreg.com and prepay there. If this is absolutely not an option send payment to Henry Lehmann whose address will appear at the end of this letter.
Deadline: January 29th 2014.
