Wheels FS- 15x7 Kosei K1 TS, almost new

Cleaning out the garage, and I'm swimming in wheels. Ordered these brand new a couple of years ago to use on the ITB Protege, with a set of Hoosier's already mounted. Used them for one session on track, then found out that a 7" wheel isn't legal for ITB. Took the Hoho's off and they have sat in the garage since.
Here are the spec's:
Kosei K1 TS
Finish: Silver Painted
Offset: 38mm
Backspacing: 5.39"
Bolt Pattern: 4-100
Weight: 11.4lbs.
Very nice condition- should fit any 4-100 hub (except maybe early Honda's, but we can certainly test fit). New from Tire Rack they would be $134 each, so a set of four would run about $600 with shipping and sales tax. Would like to get $400 for these, including lug nuts and a related socket.
