FS: 2006 Subaru Legacy GT Spec B

Hey guys,
I'm selling my Subaru Legacy GT Spec B, #202/500. Has had maintenance done by a friend of mine who owns an '08 Spec B, so he knows his stuff well. The car has 118k miles and does go up slightly, it is realllly clean with the exception of a few scratches and dents. Car is completely stock with the exception of a Perrin catless uppipe. Among the new stuff....
Clutch replaced at 80k miles
Turbo replaced at 118k miles
new brake pads, rotors
new tires (Sumitomo HTR Z III 225/45/18)
Timing belt & water pump
front axles
battery
(I feel like there's a few other minor details I'm forgetting)
Current issues being fixed:
trunk bring is broken
rear passenger door doesn't open from outside
passenger side sun visor does not fold down correctly
Reason for selling:
I realized I value sport over luxury, hence I bought a miata.
As far as price, I'm honestly looking for a little over $14k, feel free to come and take a look at the car and we can talk about it!
