chump car and camp after the autocross saturday at vir

Not sure if anyone noticed but chump car is at VIR this weekend with there 24 hour race. Race starts at 4pm saturday. If anyone wants to join me I am thinking about going to VIR after the autocross and hanging out for awhile or even all night. Tickets are like 20 bucks at the gate. Might be even a good time to do some Karting at vir? Anyone else interested?

I'll see if I can get some info. Fyi I was able to snag the scca 10 passes to chumpcar. I think I still have 2 or 3 left. Just see me saturday morning.

This past spring (April) it was $60 / hour. If we have enough interest we can rent the track out for a set amount (I want to say $500, but it may be more). Using those numbers, if we have 9 or more people we'll save a bit.

The VIR kart track calendar shows an appointment from 16:30 to 17:30 Saturday evening. I'll try to call them tomorrow morning / afternoon and see what the rates are and if we can book a session.
