The BRR Awards Banquet meal will be a buffet with the following:

Entrees:
Sliced Roast Beef Au Jus
Vegetarian Lasagna
Sliced Baked Ham w/Raisin Sauce

Sides:
Green Beans
Vegetable Medley
Macaroni and Cheese

Salads:
Tossed Salad with Assorted Dressing
Pasta Salad
Potato Salad

Extras:
Rolls, Fresh Farm Butter

Deserts:
Assorted Desserts

Beverages:
Pepsi Products
Hot Coffee
Iced Tea

Cocktails:
Cash bar: including Premium brands, wine, beer, juice and soft drinks

Hot Hors D'Oeuvres:
Miniature Chinese Eggrolls
Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

Cold Hors D'Oeuvres:
Fresh Fruit Tray
Fresh Vegetable Assortment Tray

OK - I feel like an idiot and I am sure directions were posted somewhere...but when I register for the banquet, do I select Member registration, and guest banquet? This seems to double the amount due at the end...am I missing something?

No you're not missing anything. Thanks for finding that. I fixed it. There was a bit of leftover text from last year when I accounted for guests differently.

I thought I was losing my mind, works much better now, thanks for fixing it.

Hi everyone,

Since safety is one of BRRs and SCCAs top concerns, the decision has been made to postpone the BRR Annual Banquet and Awards due to the weather forecast for very snowy conditions this weekend. With people having to travel from a variety of locations, and the road conditions being unknown, it is not worth the risk of anyone having trouble with the road conditions. Rob has spoken with the folks at Salem Catering, and they are willing to work with us to reschedule the banquet, and we wanted to give them as much notice as possible.

As soon as we can make arrangements for a new date for the banquet, we will put information on the forum.

I am disappointed that we will not be able to get together this weekend, but I am looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

Hi everyone,

It is a good thing that we did postpone the Banquet, the weather is terrible this weekend.

We have rescheduled the BRR Banquet for Saturday, February 13th at 6:00 PM. We realize this is the Saturday night before Valentine's Day, but with the scheduling constraints of Salem Catering and BRR, this is the best date that was available.

If you were already registered, and will still be attending on Feb. 13th, you will not need to do anything, your registration will be updated to the new date.

If you were already registered, and will not be able to attend, or otherwise need to change your registration, you will need to go in and make whatever changes are required.

If you were not already registered, and would like to attend on Feb. 13th, registration will be open for you to go in and add you and any guests for the Banquet. The more the merrier!

Just a reminder that the banquet is this coming Saturday! Weather looks to be clear, but really cold this time around. Summer tires need not apply
