Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier

Perhaps a good way to tote race tires if you don't have a tire trailer. Made for a 1-1/4" receiver. I've seen adapters from 2" to 1-1/4" if you have the 2" hitch. Brand new, never used. I'll even include the cobwebs for free.
