I bought this seat for my miata, but didn't like the way it fit. It's brand new, still have original bubble wrapping and box. I also have a Miata mounting bracket with double locking sliders. The seat is black cloth. I Paid $239 for seat and $114 for bracket w/ double lockn sliders. The shipping cost was $68 for both items.

Make offer if interested. I'd like to recoop as much as possible. I live in Danville, VA or I can just bring to one of the upcoming events.

hmmmm. i would have to buy a bracket to be able to put it in the colt but nto sure how it would fit. are you going to be coming to the Salem event this weekend? if so will you have room to carry it along so i can take a look at it and see if it will fit? i would assume if it was made to fit in a miata that it would fit in my car but you never know. deffinetly interested tho.

I"d like to come to the event this weekend, but won't know until the last minute if I can make it. If I do, I will have room as I'll have to bring my truck to carry the separate set of wheels/tires, jack, etc.

I had to have the sliding mounting bracket cause both my wife and I dual drive the miata and she is much shorter than me. I would have preferred not to have it so I would sit lower in the car as I am 6 feet tall. With the bracket assembly it raised me up too high. If you have the luxury of not having to move the seat back and forth, you could just have something fabricated to mount in a fixed position and not pay the expensive cost of Corbeau's mounting brackets? Just a thought. I'll let you know later about the Salem event.

sounds good. i will deffinetly be at the salem event and if you are able to make it bring the seat along so i can take a look at it if thats not to much trouble. just let me know if you will be at the event. i check the forums on here almost every day

I don't like the idea of racing in the rain, but I don't have a choice with my current setup. I have to race with the top down on the miata cause with my helmet on it won't fit with the top up. Another reason I need to find a lower sitting seat. The Tarheel club is racing their next event in Danville on May 6th. You should come to that event.

i may do that. after this event i will be putting on some new/odl tires i picked up for cheap and will want a event where i dont care about being competitive to see how good or bad these tires are.

looks like i may be down in danville next weekend for the tarheel event. wont know for sure till it gets closer to time but any way you can bring the seat?
